Bust

With arms by sides, measure around the fullest part of the chest.

 

Waist

Measure around the natural waistline.

 

High Hip

Measure around the hip bone area at 3 inches (7.6cm) below the natural waist.

 

Full Hip

Measure around the fullest part of the buttocks.

 

Girth

Measure from the centre of the shoulder, down the front, through the crotch area and up the back to the starting point.
